At Taaora Perfumes, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
• The product must be unused and unopened.
• The product must be in its original packaging and in resalable condition.
• The product must include all original packaging and accessories, where applicable.
• Proof of purchase or order details must be provided.
Due to hygiene and product-safety reasons, perfumes that have been opened, sprayed, tested, or used are not eligible for return.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide your order number and clear photographs or a video showing the product and its packaging. We will review the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.

Please do not send a product back without contacting us first. We will provide return instructions after reviewing your request.
Return Shipping
For approved returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied by us, Taaora Perfumes will review the case and may cover the applicable return shipping cost.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the return has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method, subject to applicable payment-provider processing times.
If a return does not meet the eligibility requirements above, the product may be returned to the customer and a refund may not be issued.
Cancellation
Order cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible after placing an order. If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible and the return policy will apply.
